Repair tracking

I have been trying to track a repair online with radioshack for a 2096 with a blank screen problem. Has anyone done this in the past and have you had any luck with it? This may be to general but how long has it taken for them to return your scanners.

try this, info you will need is on your receipt http://corpinfo.radioshack.com/ProductRepairStatusLookup/, I did notice it may takr 10 days or longer to show up on here. Well it did when I sent my Pro 96 back in March 08, there's definately a Delay hehe, All in all it took about 3 weeks to have my issue fixed

Thanks for the info I am aware of this I was not aware it would take 10 days to update. You would think you would see fast updates with barcode scanning from a electronics company.
