Repairs For XTS 3000

Hello,

I am looking for anyone in the state (closer to the NE corner would be best) who can take a look at my XTS 3000 and maybe perform a repair? Recent searches have not turned up much.

Not sure, Its an odd problem. I had the same issue with an Astro Saber. I will TX with the radio to the repeater and it will be very scratchy sometimes (most of the time). When I transmit from radio to radio (XTS 3000 to XPR 6550) Scratchy. But when I transmit radio to radio (To Astro Saber) its not scratchy. I am stumped. All conventional voice and such. None of the XPR 6550 on the system have the scratchy audio issue. I am not using a shoulder mic either.
