Hello,
My name is Archie Dean Callsigns W8APX. I own a repeater in the Atlanta area. I have a few concerns about the admin for Atlanta. I think there Callsigns is KV4VT. The Atlanta admin has continuously reduce the coverage details for my repeater. I have also stated that my repeater is not on a network and is standalone.
But the administrator appears to not understand this. They continue to list incorrect information for the Talk group that is allowed for use (TG404). Along with Time slot 1 for digital. The unit also does analog with a pl of 141.3. The admin continuously post that repeater is on the Brandmister network.
They also listed the incorrect Talkgroup information for the Repeater. And I am not sure why he has continuously downgraded the coverage details. My repeater has a 65 to 75 mile coverage radius on any decent set up. This is not exaggerated and is a well-known fact. I have sent request two times to have the information corrected. Each time the admin ignores my notes and details.
I do not know the admin and have no history with them. So I’m not sure as to why they continue to post incorrect information for me and my equipment only.
*Update the local admin has now completely deleted the listing. No other online repeater listing website or mobile application has ever given me issues. I am wondering if anyone has had any similar concerns and or issues as such?
