Hello,
I noticed one of the wires came undone on the cable https://www.amazon.com/Bingfu-Handh...ght+angle&qid=1586407342&s=electronics&sr=1-2 at the angle section. I notice Amazon no longer sells the usb dongle so I found this dongle https://www.amazon.com/RTL-SDR-Blog-RTL2832U-Software-Defined/dp/B0129EBDS2 and this cable https://www.amazon.com/Bingfu-Anten...a+antenna&qid=1586406604&s=electronics&sr=1-3 I did order the one wire came off. I was wonder if I get 2 of the v3 dongles and use them on dsdplus do I need to change anything in dsdplus and the zdiag software I believe I spelled that right.? I do notice one of the dongles I have is slowly bent over the years. I did pick this up a few months back https://www.amazon.com/ORICO-4-Port-Ultra-Slim-Data/dp/B00G92IZCS/ref=sr_1_5?crid=19IASXUW1IGX2&dchild=1&keywords=orico+usb+3.0+hub&qid=1586407726&sprefix=orico,aps,258&sr=8-5

So your original cable has a female BNC and you're planning on replacing it with a male BNC cable?
The dongles I got use that angle the small snap in at the end has the bnc. If I replace both dongles since the usb end is slightly bent and I have to wiggle it around to get it working. If I go the sma end v3 I need to get new antenna cables.

The point wasn't that you needed to change cables - it was that you were changing the gender on the end of the pigtail lead based on your amazon links.

To answer your question about zadig/dsdplus - no, the drivers you installed for your old DVB-T devices will work for the much better device you now intend buying (you might also consider nooelec dongles which are possibly quicker delivery within the US). If you had a ppm drift correction figure in your dsdplus bat file(s) you likely wo't need one with the rtl-sdr.com dongle (or nooelec)

If your gonna use 2 V3 dongles you might consider this cable as an option..

You may have to run Zadig again to get the correct driver associations..
I plugged the new rtl sdr stick and it didn't need a update. Some how it installed a driver to my mouse and the mouse quit working. I don't know how it did that. I have to wait for the y cable to come in to use both new ones.
