Not sure other than I am hearing 151.4825 91.5 loud and clear here in Taunton.

So is this in fact a new island-wide simulcast for PD1?

ScanNE Wiki has it listed as Chilmark and "Repeated some comms from 860" which is kind of vague.

No, it's a repeater of the county system in Chilmark. Like the other VHF repeaters, not all comms are repeated on it. As it says.
Remember that the other VHF repeaters are in locations for coverage reasons.

I understand that, however if you look at the license that same frequency (among others) is licensed at 6 different locations on the island for 100 watts, and it would appear they are trying to set up a conventional simulcast. I'm not in a position to monitor so I am just trying to stay up to date on the developments.
