Charles Town. Jefferson units on scene of a vehicle that has struck a propane tank/line. Details to follow in updates. I believe the location is the oriental restaurant in Wal-Mart Plaza. Very little traffic from scene at this time. Patrick Henry Command advised everything ok. There was a transmission that the propane line had been severed.
