Reprogram Bearcat 300

Does anyone remember the sequence to reprogram this old receiver? Its been so long, and I've recently moved and I want to put it in the bedroom, but I can't remember which buttons to use

I found that manual on mods.dk but i guess it was too large to upload the whole thing here.

Have you ever been to that site? You need to log on and the like and the free account will only allow a couple of downloads a day or something like that but you should be able to get it no problem. I would be happy to e-mail it to you also.
