I caught a brief broadcast and the dispatcher said to everyone tall all radio's had to brought to specific place for reprogramming this weekend, and the dispatcher was attimate about it. there was only one broadcast, and it caught me off guard as to the specific's, it was a kingston frequency maybe the police. will post more as i learn of it
