Requesting help Gahanna PD on New MARCS IP

I'm trying to figure out how to get back to listening to GPD on my Bearcat BCD396XT.

It's my understanding that they have made the switch from the old MARCS system to the new MARCS IP system. I have used my Radio Reference premium account to import the system into my programing software (FreeScan) I have both XGAHPDDSP (tgid 17515) and XGAHPDEVT (tgid 17523) unlocked but I'm not hearing them.

The system seems to be working. If for instance I unlock Reynoldsburg Police Dispatch (RPD DSP tgid 61259) I do hear them. If I switch the system from ID Scan to ID Search I get all sorts of traffic.

Been working on it all day.I'm stumped and can't seem to find any information.

I have posted screen shots of what I hope are the relative FreeScan screens also @ MARCS IP - Album on Imgur If there's more information I need to provide please let me know.

If somebody could point me in the right direction I'd be deeply appreciative.

Not on the Franklin County towers

If you're monitoring the Franklin County towers (Sites 61-64) you won't hear GPD. They use only the Columbus MARCS tower (Site 16).

Likewise, you won't hear most Franklin County agencies on the MARCS tower, but rather the Franklin County towers and Columbus City tower.
