I am helping a member whose scanner quit working in Jefferson Co I would like to know how much of Jefferson Co has migrated to the Alabama First Responder Network? Also, what sites are used for Birmingham? I see that Birmingham PD is fully encrypted, but fire is still open. Any additional information would be appreciated. Thank You!
