Rescue Ops cancelled

At 9:00 A.M. Thursday Morning, I just heard on Id# 31632 Region 8 patrol wildlife and fisheries by the order of the Governor that all rescue operations were cancelled and all rescuers evacuate Orleans parish. What is up with that. Is water still rising or is it because of the dangerious problems with looting.

They are getting shot at! That is why they are not doing any rescues right now. I heard on the live feed that I am listening to that 2 state policemen got shot by lotters. Unknown how bad the officers were shot. It is unthinkable that people would shoot at other people who are trying to help them.
