WS1040: Reset all Values?

I have a ws 1040 and everything was good till I messed with it, now I can't get no viable scans. I should have let well enough alone. My Question is there a way I can RESET my scanner back to factory specs and reprogram it with my UBS cord? Or do you suggest I do something different?

Is the unit displaying anything on screen? Like "Nothing Enabled"?

Thanks guys. I reset it back to factory specs then programmed it again with my UBS cord and it was fixed.
Now I just have to figure out how to get the el-Paso County Sherriff and see if I can find the Colorado Springs P.D.?

El Paso County Sheriff and Colorado Springs Police are on the State of Colorado DTRS trunked system. State of Colorado DTRS If you click on County at the top of the frequency lists (sites), it will alphabetize all of the sites by county to allow you to view all of the sites in El Paso County. Unfortunately, Colorado Springs PD is fully encrypted and cannot be received by any scanner. You can also use Butel ARC500 programming software for your scanner. I use ARC500 Basic. The Pro version provides additional features such logging. Both ARC500 and PSREdit500 have a free trial period to decide which one you like best.
