Reset

Been trying to reset my BCT8 Trunk Tracker III back to zero but in won't work. Been holding down buttons 2,9 and state then turn it on and it flashes clear but if I go to any private settings their is the codes I have entered before.

I don't know about the BCT8 but on the Uniden scanners that I have experience with you need to hold the 2, 9 and hold keys to reset them.
