Responding to feed problem reports from admins

I received a feed problem report (no audio) from a Broadcastify admin. There isn't an issue present as the feed is for a PD that may go hours without transmissions. However I'd really like to be able to provide a response beyond just using the "clear report" button in the feed settings.

What's the standard procedure for this, should I PM the admin?

Yes, if they chose not to remain anonymous you can send them a PM or email if one was provided. Otherwise if you're sure everything is working fine, clear the report and move on.
