Resserved Scanlists on EZScan

Hi everybody on EZscan I keep seeing something called reserved scan lists and preset scan lists with names and I cant rename them does anybody know a way around this? I thought turning on advanced would help but didn't

The last 50 or so scanlists are automatically labeled (Reserved) when you have "Set Location" enabled in that VScaner/VFolder.

So if disable location will they go away
