I bought my BCD436HP from Scanner Master if I restore it do I have to send it back to Scanner Master to reprogram like it was when I received it UPS. ?

You do not have to return it -- and get charged for shipping + reprogramming. Save the current configuration to your computer and then restore to factory condition. But why do you want to restore?

The reason I am trying to restore the BCD436HP is because I live in Alabama, I really do not want to hear Florida or other surrounding states, all I would like to hear is Dothan/Houston, Geneva, Dale and Henry counties, but would also like to listen to ALL of Alabama frequencies, is there a way to do this or do I have to listen to the full DB ?

Why don't you just make a favorites of the systems you want to monitor?

You can also cut down the range.
