BCD325P2: Resumes scanning after 20 seconds; why?

I'm noticing an issue with my BCD325P2. It will not remain on a conversation for longer than 20 seconds. At 20 seconds, the scanner beeps and scanning resumes. Apparently, some feature got turned on, but there are no icons displaying on the screen that would indicate it, and I can't figure out what it is.

Are you using ProScan? If so check this setting...

DELAY might be set to a negative setting.
that makes the radio scan even if there is a conversation going on.
2 is a good setting for this
and HOLD is a totally different thing.
hold is how long the radio sits on and scans a particular system/site.
0 is a good setting for this one.

Yes, this happened after an upload with ProScan. But I can't find the setting that you show in the picture.
