Retiring USPP Official

For anyone who cares, here is a recording of a DC area US Park PD Official who gave his last "Out of Service" (10-42) on the air. You would think the Chief's radio (Car-1) would sound a little better when he acknowledges the 10-42. The recording was captured with RecAll Pro, and will give the date & time stamp of 6/8 @ 1419 when played back through RecAll.

damn, that was pretty emotional. You could hear the dispatcher breaking up a few times. pretty good overall though, and you're right, Car 1 could have been a little better.
