revert to old dsp on pro 96

I was wondering if anyone else is having problems reverting to the old version of the firmware after upgrading to 1.2 I follow the instructions, 0->PGM->Clear->Enter but it continues to use the 1.2 firmware. Am I correct in assuming the clear is referring to the CLR button?

Try pressing "0" then "CLR" during the "Welcome" screen.

That should set it to factory DSP.

It's going to erase all you have programmed, so be sure to save it in WIN96.

Also note that if you've had the 1.3 CPU firmware update, the DSP will be 1.2 from the factory.

Press the number 3 on the welcome screen and look at the DSP-App version. If it says F1.2 then it's a factory 1.2 version. If it says U1.2 then it's a user upgrade and you may be able to revert to the 1.1 version.

Thanks rescue and mikey. That did the trick. 0->CLR->Enter is what needed to be done. No Pgm as stated in the instructions! :roll:
