RF power modules on eBay/Aliexpress. fake? Good? (1.2ghz, 220mhz)

Has anyone on here bought a M57774 (220mhz), M57762 (1.2G), or a RA18H1213 (1.2g) modules on eBay or AliExpress?
There are several. Most claim to be new.
All from China basically.
I’ve herd of counterfeit chips and components from China but have not herd of counterfeit rf power modules.

Just curious if anyone on here has bought any of those mentioned on eBay or AliExpress and if they work in the designated frequency’s?

Also if there is a write up or post talking about counterfeit rf modules I would like to see that.

I have used a lot of the Mitsubishi and some Motorola RF modules but have never bought from Aliexpress. If the prices are substantially lower than expected there has to be a reason and counterfeit could be one.
