RGV skip observations

Great short range ducting this AM of 150 miles. Several trunk systems with multiple sites. While this event was occurring our cell signal was almost nonexistent until the ducting faded out. We're camping at Falcon lake so a treat to hear some new radio traffic.

Spring time is always fun when ducting comes in. You'll occasionally watch sites go into failsoft when ducting comes in because the site will attempt to roll the control channel when it detects an "illegal carrier" and once it goes through the 4 possibilities with active illegal carriers...failsoft.

150.995 as CC, that is not listed as alternate
