RIEMA is on the RISCON digital net. I don't believe they use their conv freqs anymore.

RI-EMA is full time on RISCON.
The only VHF channel they use is 158.8575 D-031, which used to trigger the emergency sirens around the Providence Harbor. TG 10211 is a simulcast of that TG.
