I can't determine who the licensee is yet.

These are some licensees on 462.05 with Radio Service YG - Industrial/Business Pool, Trunked:

WQCT353 Alliance Communications
WPLS563 Mobile Relay Associates

basically stated, we're not going to post anywhere on this site any LCNs or talkgroup info. Anything from the FCC or other public records is fair game.
