Richland PD does anyone know what type of system they use?

Is this a analog or digital or LTR or what. Just got here from michigan and trying to get set up. i have my pro-96 with me. Any suggestion would be helpful. Like unit numbers & how they are dispatched. I want to know about richland PD and the benton county sheriff dept. would like to get to listening soon. Thanks
