Richmond City TGRP 34896

Said TGRP is set as a Richmond, FD item, but I am hearing Richmond PD 100 series units and a PD/FD interoperability type TGRP cause I'm hearing both PD 100s and some FD traffic, but primarily PD traffic so I presume this to be a RPD 1st Precinct TGRP.

Okay, I can't find the way to edit this post, the correct talkgroup is 34240, and appears to be SWAT/Hostage training.
