Are these still available to listen ? I see on broadcast feeds they still available, it question is how still available to listen ?

They're all strapped encryption, same with Chesterfield and Henrico.

That’s what I was thinking .... but the feed for Richmond city playing some kind of law enforcement traffic , but can’t figure what it or who it could be

It sounds like the broadcaster is scanning just about everything. Just listened for a few minutes and heard Richmond Fire, Chesterfield Fire, VCU PD. The quality seems degraded though, like the units are underwater.

Your right the audio quality is terrible and they scanning lot for sure and heard Richmond fire and some law agency but couldn’t identify it
