I just discovered that you can follow the Richmond PD on the Richmond/Henrico/Chesterfield TRS system using the “Regionwide” TGs. Most of the action is on the Regionwide Public Safety TGs 1-5. You will hear other county LE, coordinating with Richmond PD as well.
