Richmond: What precinct am I in?

It probably should be obvious but I'm having a tough time figuring it out.

I live near RPD's headquarters on 200 West Grace street and am not sure what talkgroup I should be listening to to hear things local to me. Can anyone tell me?

you are on the east side of Belvidere so you would want precinct one. You are close to three so I would put that in too. Belvidere is the border between pr. 3 and 1.

I've overheard calls go out for places around where I live/near VCU on 3 and 1 before so I guess that would make sense.
