Many of the RI [State and Plantations] 800 Licenses were renewed and the licensee was changed over to RIEMA [for RISCON] and the new radios for RIDOT were converted over from the old System to RISCON.

I have been monitoring both RISCON NTH & STH Zones as well as the old RIDOT 800mHz trunked system all morning and I have not heard a single transmission???

Paul Im not getting any DOT radio traffic on RISCON. I did manage to catch a few very brief transmissions on their old system today but thats about it.
