How do I submit the RIDs that I was able to ID for the LWIN to the database ?

RIDs aren't submitted to the database. .

I don't see anything there in the LWIN article in our wiki - I'd jump over to the Louisiana forum and see if someone is creating a list for them, then coordinate your efforts to put them there

Here's a pretty simple example of how to record RIDs. I see someone put a 'last updated' line in there - that's not necessary at all, as the wiki automatically records the time and date of the last update and who did it...
