Rifle Falls & Rifle Gap State Park Rangers are on DTRS Radio Numbers - 1530's Usually on CSP Troop 4C

VHF
151.400 State Parks Tac
151.145 DNR Repeaters

155.025 Garfield County, Rifle PD, FD & agencies in the Rifle Area.
155.070 Garfield County, Silt, New Castle, Carbondale.
159.030 Glenwood Springs agencies.
Garfield agencies share the channel based on location, rather than agency type.
i.e. Fire & Police on the same frequency for the area. They all have tac channels for car to car stuff.

154.935 CSP 1 old VHF still some use.
154.695 CSP 2 Car to Car still in some use
154.905 CSP 3
155.475 NLEC

169.925 White River National Forest
168.225 BLM
168.650 National Air Dispatch (Helo ops at Rifle Airport).

Eagle County is mostly all on an analog 800 system with numerous sites. (see the database).

This should give you good start.

Have fun & stay safe
Chuck
