Saturday 10/4/2008 - Southfield Armed Robbery Suspect Flees Into Detroit Neighborhood

Monitor Southfield PD:
B/M subject robbed Wendy's on Northwestern Highway, fled in vehicle. Southfield PD spotted vehicle and began pursuit. Followed vehicle into Detroit where the suspect crashed-out in the Evergreen/7-Mile area. Suspect fled on foot.

Several SPD officers now searching area along with DPD and "Air-2" from Oakland Co. Sheriff's Office.
