It started with Sterling Heights PD trying to stop a stolen car. A chase ensued into Warren and Warren PD have joined in the hunt. Suspect bailed on on 13 Mile Road Mound area and pd's are walking the neighborhood. Suspect is a black male, with a white dew rag. No other physical description.
