Rio Rancho and Sandoval County narrow band in April

Just saw on the Sandoval ARES website that they are all switching to narrowband in a few weeks. No other info.

I'm sorry, but I don't know. (I don't listen to them.) The web site said the hams were providing communications during the switch over. Might check if any new freqs have been licensed.

Sandoval county switching over today. Radio checks and discussion of "narrow band." So far, the only change I've noticed is SO dispatch 155.31 PL changed to 151.4. Also radio tech talk of "Pajarito" and "North Valley" repeater sites. Same output freq and PL, but very different signal strengths. Not much yet on 151.235 and 155.145. Same PL. Ham assistance on 147.08 and linked UHF repeaters.
