RIOTING IN UNION SQUARE PARK

Fri Aug 4, 2023 (1730 hours EDT) Police currently attempting to disperse hundreds of teen rioters in Union Square Park in Manhattan over what was supposed to be a free Play Station giveaway. New York City preparing for a long weekend of civil disturbances.

A Level 4 Mobilization was called in by the Chief of Department due to the amount of individuals that were there at the Park. Numerous MOS' were injured, some of their service weapons was taken away by these teens. They were jumping on top of cars, throwing many things up in the air, and also vandalizing many properties.

Horrible day for the NYPD got into this mess as they are being directly targeted.

Chief of Department confirming in the latest Press Conference that the Twitch Streamer Kai Cenat who hosted this giveaway event will be getting criminal charges for Inciting a Riot and others more within the City of New York. As far as with how many are arrested, he confirmed that 65 individuals were arrested. 30 of those were juveniles. Numerous of people and 3 MOS' were confirmed to be injured and taken by medics to surrounding area hospitals.
