Riverside and San Diego Co

I was listening to the radio this pass weekend and i was on the freq when they where on the sd, imp co line in the ohv areas, the channel (857.1250) i have in my radio is called black rock and the dispatcher told the unit that the reperter was going to be going down and they need to used riverside or san diego channels. does someone have those freqs or know where i can look to find them? No the channel is not BLM.

That channel shows as CA Parks and Rec Ocotillo Wells OHV area. That locations makes sense. I do not know what their back up plan would be but take a look at the Statewide Department listing. It has very good info broken down by area.
