Riverside CO. Sheriff: New Frequencies?

Hello,
I`m missing parts of radio traffic on the Northwest system (Box Springs mtn.) This started sometime last week. Did RSO add new frequencies or change them around? Also, I`m not hearing any radio traffic on 866.2625, which is LCN 2. AND the radio traffic sounds different ,too. Does anyone know what they did? Thanks,Costa

It appears that they completely chaged the BOX SPRINGS site.
I am getting a "NC" on my radio now with no traffic at all.
I have no Idea what they did and I have been scanning the 800 freqs.. I do not hear anything that would refrence any calls as MOVAL, PERRIS, HEMET, RSO, or anyone else that was on that site.
