Riverside County Sheriff Patching

I was just wondering if anyone might be able to shed some light on how RCSO does their patching. I had been listening to Menifee PD on 04-023, however more often than not I believe I am hearing them more on 15-151. I am also hearing some patching on 15-152.

Can anyone tell me if they are patched pretty much full-time now?

Any idea what agencies are typically patched on 15-151 and which are on 15-152?

They've always patched things. What gets patched my change as requirements change, but the fact that they do it goes back to 1992 when the EDACS system was put in service.
