Riverview/Tampa Files/Frequencies

Hello all - I am transferring form Colorado to Riverview (Tampa) at the end of the month. CO is currently running Phase 1 (same as Tampa I believe) and I have a RadioShack Pro-651 HH and a Whistler WS1065 and I am using ARC500Pro for software - does anyone have files I can use to get me started? I am only interested in First Responder Frequencies. If it helps I will be living in Riverview which is on the East side of the Bay.

If no files, which tower frequencies?

Riverview uses the Hillsborough County EDACS system here:

I would honestly program both the East and West systems in because countywide both parts are used.

There is also a P25 System as well that is not quite in full use, but has a mixture of P25 Phase I/II transmissions.

Almost all the activity is still on EDACS. Program East and West as separate trunking systems (not as separate sites in one system) and then the same talk group alpha tags for both systems (I believe they can all be copied and pasted). This will make sure the scanner checks both sites, East and West, for activity on each talk group ID, in case a talk group is active only on 1 site and not the other.

For the P25, there is simulcasting, so there is a chance your scanner will likely have garbled and missed transmissions.
