FYI, I heard plenty of comms yesterday on the Disaster and Special Event talkgroups on the EDACS system.
Specifically, I heard Tampa and St. Pete officers engaged in a motorcade of some sort. Keep in mind this is the Hillsborough system and they were clearly calling out St. Pete streets during the motorcade.
