Road Trip Report

Just returned home Friday night from a 3,446 round trip from Rockland to Saint Petersburg, Fl, returning home by way of the Blue Ridge Parkway through the North Carolina, Virginia Mountains, The Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive in Virginia, Antietam and Gettysburg National Battlefield's. Brought my Uniden 396XT hooked up to a Austin Spectra mobile antenna and the Uniden Home Patrol with the original factory antenna with the optional Garmin GPS antenna.

This is Tampa DEA unit, very regular in my area of Grady Judd's POLK COUNTY,
plane is based in Tampa.
That is DEA UHF F-4 Air to Ground. (when ORL DEA UNIT is up, ORL uses DEA F-3)
AKA Papa Bear (about a year ago they stopped using that and changed to FLINT)
ORL has been heard using "Rocky" and "Fletcher" for the airplane
