Road Trip through the Carolina's

Hello all South Carolina Scanner enthusiasts. I am from Ohio. We are taking a trip to Florida (Disney) In March. I have an SDS 200 mounted in my truck. On our return trip we are are going from Orlando FL to Charlotte NC. The route is bringing me up I 95 through Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. Once we are in Charlotte it has has us taking I 77 towards Virginia. I am trying to figure out what South Carolina Counties that I need to load into my radio that will bring me from I 95 to Mecklenburg County NC on the North Carolina / South Carolina border.
