Robertsdale tower AIRS continuous transmitter?

For the past few days dsdplus has been locked on T-1595 771.96875-2 (P) 28111 ALEA-Mobile.
Interestingly enough the ALEA voice does still come through on that talkgroup but dsdplus stays tuned to it continuously.
I have had to lock out talkgroup 28111 or set it to Low Priority in order to hear anything else.

Anybody know what's going on with this?

I'm seeing this too with SDRtrunk. The second slot of the transmission isn't being used from what I've observed, so I'm surprised someone in radio maintenance hasn't noticed yet. I guess it's not causing any issues for other users at the moment.

I always log the sites I monitor and normally over 24 hours the Robertsdale logfile is like 150-180 MB but lately it's been over 300 and I can't open it with Libreoffice, so I've been having to remember to manually start/stop the channel to break up the file, lol.

Update: For at least a few hours tonight, the same problem was happening on the Seminole tower. But after midnight it seems to have gone away.

I can receive a few towers around and notice it happening on some. I suspect that if an ALEA radio is affiliated with the tower it is jamming up one channel on that tower. Needs to be fixed.

According to my logs, it's the same radio ID that's keeping the channel open — 2151057. I have not seen this radio ID before this started happening.

The bulk of ALEA traffic I've made notes of are radios with IDs in the ranges of 2020xxx and 4020xxx. 2021xxx, 4018xxx, 4021xxx and 4201xxx have also shown up on rare occasions but 2151 is new to me.

Radio techs did some maintenance after midnight this morning and it appears the stuck carrier has been fixed.

It was also the same thing, stuck on the OBA tower this weekend.
