Thanks for the heads up.

I gotta tell ya, it's mighty inconsiderate that they don't provide em. Makes tracking them down all the harder.
Main things to look for are the federal govt license plates, econoline type passenger vans, late model pickups, Robin Sage stickers, and concentrations of MAMs (military aged males ) standing around looking shifty, which they never fail to do.
And of course any mil vehicles toodling around are suspect from the get-go. All LMTV's should be considered hits.
As to what to listen for, static sounding encryption on low band, heavy in the 30-50mhz region and leaning to 50khz spacing, but encompassing 30-75mhz as well as 25khz spacing i can confirm, and presumably up to 88mhz. Fort Bragg TRS sites 4-7 will carry traffic of interest as well. The 138-150mhz (minus ham) is periodically active, and 143.2 will be active enough i dedicate a receiver just to sit on it.
