Rochester & St. Cloud Area ARMER System

The Rochester & St. Cloud areas have now cut over to the ARMER system. This effects all state dispatched personnel & units. (ie: State Patrol, DNR, BCA etc etc)
Rochester Area MnDot operations also cut over, but St. Cloud MnDot operations did not.

You may occasionally hear them if there is a unit on one of those talkgroups affiliated with a site here in the metro. You won't hear them all the time though.
