ROCK-EAST reception issue

Having a weird issue with ROCK-EAST (154.95). The signal strength the last couple days has decreased. However, ROCK-WEST (154.815) has no reception issues. Listening from the Amesbury, MA area. I am thinking there is an issue with the East Kingston site. Just wondering if anybody else is experiencing this issue.

I had some interference last week with WEST. At this moment, I am listening to EAST. 5 bars thru 3 separate antennas, 3 scanners. I'm northwest of Pease 5 miles away as the crow flies... Sun spots can play a role too..
