Yeah, I heard it. They had a total system failure for about 10 minutes yesterday. The power had gone out to their master site in York. About 10 minutes after total system failure, failsoft kicked in, but Rock Hill PD decided to remain on SC TAC 5 for about 30-45 minutes before switching back over to 800 and then going all ENC as usual, But Central remained in the clear for about 2 hours before saying whoops, and then switched back to ENC.
