Rockford FD Ch4 found partly

i didnt catch PL or DPL since the freq is on a non PL/DPL radio but the human Rockford Dispatcher told a RFD unit they are on channel 4 they should be on 3
the Freq is 154.19 again i missed the PL/DPL

Thats because its CSQ. Fire 4 is suburban departments dispatch (West Sub, Blackhawk New Milford, & Cherry Valley). Fire 3 is their 2nd fireground
