Rockingham County

I am having trouble getting any transmittions from Rockingham County Dispatch, Plaistow PD and Salem PD. I have a BCD396 and am programming with ARC396 Software. These are both APCO25, is there a trick to it?

I got the Rockingham County and Salem info from RadioReference, but have gotten nothing!! Can you help out ignorance!

Try programming the freqs with a modulation of FM instead of NFM. For P25 conventional and TRS, that seems to do the trick.
