In 2021 I did a quick trip from Joplin and found a very busy system, lots of talkgroups, all clear.
BUT several frequencies used/heard were not on that current license:
from 2021:
Not licensed 451.5875
Not licensed 451.7375
Not licensed 451.9375
On WRNV418 452.1375
On WRNV418 452.1625
On WRNV418 452.2125
On WRNV418 452.2625
On WRNV418 452.6875
Doubt these freqs will be reused, but worth checking other UHF freqs to hear it all.

Last year Rocklahoma radio system was thru Verizon. They located a COW just for the radios. From what I remember they had several big failures on the system.

Verizon supports Rocklahoma Festival with private LTE network

Verizon is growing its roster of private network customers by using a mix of vendors and spectrum to address different use cases. | For the Labor Day weekend concert Verizon deployed a private LTE network using unlicensed CBRS spectrum to support ticket scanners, tablets and laptops.

Haven't heard anything on this years licensed frequencies or frequencies of the past..... I'm assuming it will be DMR, but so far silence...
Last year couldn't find anything either, the Verizon LTE Network probably explains that.

Found ROK staff talking on 451.312 and .362, but this years licensed frequencies and past frequencies are still dead...
Appears to be a DMR repeater that moves between those 2 frequencies.

Found a couple more channel that come up this afternoon, it's part of the ROK system.

Pretty active system now.

Nothing on RMA "Reginal Mutual Aid" if you are referring to OKWIN system.

How far away from the event are you?

About 1 mile. I think the repeater is temp onsite, as it's not shared with anyone else.

Yeah. Last year's ROCKLAHOMA was a washout due to typical Oklahoma weather events.

Found another frequency with LCN5 LSN:9/10 on it: 452.4125

So All of them are:

There is plenty of traffic on SMA channels today. Not sure if its related. Havent listened enough. Sounds like an event but cannot tell what type of event or even where but I did hear 'OUPD" so maybe something in OKC today unrelated ??
